Touching Paintings By Alina Suleyman Illuminates The Problems Of Modern Society

Artist Al Shlomo (Alina Suleyman) investigates the connections between the history, law, people souls reflected in themes of magical realism, timeless beauty via the color schemes, forms. She brings the psychological portraits and approach of exile people with a silent scream as their awareness.

Being a Lawyer, Al Shlomo trying to crave dissolution in the atmosphere as the law does not bother with very small things, her paintings are imbued with the intense atmosphere of its sources, Saturated fields of subconsciousness that could be found nowadays on a surface as well as could be hidden inside the color schemes.

With the main focus on the color message, subconscious composition, structure, texture, that is bearing sometimes nostalgic awareness that echoes through last centuries as some reminders to us what we have left behind and which lessons we should learn. Maybe because of that, Alina Suleyman often illustrates classic poetry, literature and sometimes famous legal cases, some of them echoed to politics as “Excusatio non petita, accusatio manifesto”.
