Artist Sheena Liam Has Chosen A Unique Technique For Sewing Realistic Images

Fashion version and embroidery artist Sheena Liam hand sew snapshots of girls whose hair appears to gracefully dangle from every of her 2nd surfaces, Liam the use of black thread alternatively for her topics’ lengthy locks. The works are all finished and displayed on embroidery hoops, with hair styles extending from the women in french braids, messy buns, and lengthy ponytails. In a single particular layout, tiny portions of thread are visibly attached to the wall underneath the ring, creating the illusion that the embroidered lady above is messily trimming her bangs.
