UK based artist Asmahan A. Mosleh creates intricate colorful mandala designs, often gilded with gold leaf. To create her elaborate compositions, the artist draws inspiration from temples, mosques and exotic architecture from all across the world.
Asmahan starts her patterns with pencil outlines which she draws in ink, then she paints and finishes them with pearls of color and gold leaf paint, adding shine and complexity to her dense designs.
