From Horror to Fiction: Horror Star of “Get Out” film in New Netflix Movie

The unpublished science fiction novel by fledgling writer Femi Fadugba “The Upper World” has interested Netflix – the streamer will release a full-length film adaptation. One of the main roles in the future film will be played by Daniel Kaluuya. The horror star of “Get Out” will also be a producer.

The book starts in London today and then unfolds in several time layers. In the center of the plot is a hero named Esso, who, having found himself in a situation that threatens his life, discovers in himself the gift of being in the world, from where he opens the way to both the future and the past.

In 2035, the heroine named Ria goes to football practice and does not suspect that she is about to meet a stranger desperate for her help – only she can prevent the fatal shot that sounded 15 years ago.
