The artist Karen Tarlton Depicts True Happiness in Marriage

Pictures of the Californian artist Karen Tarlton are endlessly happy love stories, for each of them has beautiful landscapes that accompany loving hearts.

The technique in which Karel Tarleton creates his paintings is very reminiscent of the creations of the famous Belarusian master Leonid Afremov. Autumn in his paintings looks bright and colorful due to the use of a palette knife, a special knife-brush, which are applied to brush canvas. In the works of Karel Tarleton, the same riot of colors, the same technique – and just a “zashkalivayuschaya” atmosphere of love. For his paintings Karen Tarlton chooses a characteristic “autumn” palette – juicy colors, bright yellow-red colors, successfully shading them with dark blue and snow-white strokes.

Pushkin wrote that every autumn he blossoms again. Similarly, on the canvases of this Californian artist love, warming hearts, transforms everything around. Rain or sun – nature breathes life, everything plays an inspired symphony of good and warmth, and it seems that the endless avenues become a metaphor for the life path without end and edge. Karen Tarleton is inspired by her personal experiences: for 23 years she traveled with her military husband around the world, becoming his faithful companion. That is why, probably, her drawings are so sincere, because how to get by the way of life, holding hands, she knows firsthand.
