Thanks to Lewis Miller Design, those passing through New York City got a break from ordinary smells and wet garbage from street garbage cans. Over the years, the florist planted sunflowers, hydrangeas, and peonies in public spaces, transforming trash cans, construction areas, and lantern poles with sweeping assemblies.
