International Watercolor Society (IWS) conducted annual global online competition in which participate the best artists of the world. To vote they can and ordinary people — on the society’s website and Facebook. When the reveal of the winner, fold exhibited by the members of the jury scores and dialed the huskies — and, by the way, not always the opinion of Amateurs and professionals the same.
