Entrepreneur and retail visionary Brian Bolke has a knack for trendsetting. He co-founded the Dallas-based luxury fashion retailer Forty Five Ten, which has gone on to enjoy international acclaim and multiple national locations. And more recently, Bolke launched what is shaping up to be an even more trendsetting endeavor: The Conservatory, a concept store in Chelsea’s Hudson Yards that allows shoppers to try on clothes and test products before ordering them online (the store also holds inventory on site). Always at the cusp of the next big thing, Bolke set his sights on Artspace’s preview for the upcoming art fair UNTITLED, ART Miami Beach. Check out Bolke’s favorite works from the preview, and if you’ll be in Miami from December 4 – 8, be sure to stop by Artspace’s booth at the fair to say hello!
