Junku Nishimura is a street photographer from Tokyo that calls himself the “midnight boozer with Leica M5”, strongly tied to the film and don’t intend to go digital. Looking through the work Junku, not to mention the retro spirit surging through his images, as if they were made many years ago. In fact, the author admits that it is rather a reflection of his not prone to change character. “I normally wear their favorite shoes or cap until they come in completely unusable and impossible to wear. Again, I very long time to be with one woman” – says the photographer. “I never think about the stories and, accordingly, do not draw in your mind, before you take the photo. I believe you should follow your instincts on the scene. But in my mind there are always three very broad concepts: life, truth and death.”
