Wella Company has launched Wella Professionals Ultimate Repair Miracle Hair Rescue and ghd Duet at the Musée Des Arts Décoratifs ‘Des Cheveux Et Des Poils’ (Hair and Hairs) exhibition preview, of which Wella Company is the main sponsor (opens to the public this week on Wednesday, April 5).
Des cheveux et des poils (Hair & Hairs) exhibition demonstrates how hairstyles and the grooming of human hair have contributed to the construction of appearances for centuries. Hair is an essential aspect of one’s identity and has often been used as a means of expressing our adherence to a fashion, a conviction, or a protest while invoking much deeper meanings such as femininity, virility, and negligence, to name just a few.
The exhibition explores through 600 works, from the 15th century to nowadays, the themes inherent in the history of hairstyles, but also the questions related to facial and bodily hair. The preview celebrated Wella Company’s historic impact on hair in culture on display to the world at the Musée Des Arts Décoratifs, while also defining the future of hair with two explosive product innovations that address consumers’ desire for speed and performance.
Despite healthy hair being the #1 functional driver for consumers, 50% are currently unsatisfied with their hair. Wella Company is addressing this insight and ushering in a new era of hair care and styling, without the damage, with these breakthrough new products:
